How do I know the address for my JumpBox application?

When the JumpBox is finished booting you will see the IP address displayed in the console for the virtualization software.

Also as part of configuring the JumpBox you will provide a hostname for the application. That hostname can then be used to access the application.

Windows: http://your-hostname
Mac OS X: http://your-hostname.local
Linux: You should use the IP address unless you have a Zeroconf resolver library installed. Then you can use http://your-hostname.local

Replace your-hostname with the hostname you set when configuring the appliance.

Cannot connect to JumpBox on provided IP addresses

I can successfully ping the IP address provided, but cannot connect from a browser (IE7). I have disabled the firewall on the browser (host) machine but still no success. Are there any other settings that I should look at?

My ip also doesn't work

I'm new to this, but I have followed the read txt. Not a difficult task, anyways I've tried these steps countless amount of times. I get a ip 169.254.***.*** that isn't working when I go to my firefox browser. If I could get any kind of help or advice that would be great.

I have been trying to use the IP address given in the jumpbox console and it doesn't work. I tried re-booting and still the same. Anyone know how to handle this?
