Companies sometimes route all their Internet traffic through a single IP address called a "proxy server." If your company is behind a firewall and uses a proxy, you'll need to configure your JumpBox to send all traffic this proxy server rather than trying to connect directly to the Internet.
- Click the "Network" icon on the admin control panel.

Specify the proxy server connection info and click "Configure Proxy." You'll get a success message indicating that the new settings are in effect. There is no need to restart the JumpBox, changes take effect immediately.
