Your administrator may have chosen to make the application only available over an encrypted connection. Depending on the JumpBox configuration and the web browser you are using you may be presented with an error or warning about the certificate or SSL. It is probably safe to continue to the application and use it. However, you should check with your administrator for details.

If it is safe to ignore the certificate warning, then you should accept or create an exception for that certificate as appropriate for your browser.
