WikiPublicPatch and WikiPrivatePatch

To apply these patches the TRAC directory must be known. Where is the TRAC directory in the Trac JumpBox? (Note, not the Trac environment)

JumpBox doesn't support third party plugins, extensions or patches in any way.

The Trac components are in a few different places. The main Python source for Trac can be found in
/usr/lib/python2.4/site-packages/trac. And the templates and default wiki contents are under /usr/share/trac. You probably want the first one.

Also make sure your patches are against Trac 0.10.4.
