My goal is to integrate OTRS with Active Directory.
I installed the Net::LDAP Perl module using CPAN and it seemed to install correctly (large amount of compatibility modules needed to be installed but CPAN managed that).
It seems to be working at least somewhat, because all our AD users are customers (when you search customers), however I can't log in as a customer. So it doesn't seem to be totally integrated. Agent log-ins seem to be integrated after I add them in the system as users.

I was successful with integrating with Active Directory
All I had wrong was one "w" was caps instead of lowercase on the customer config. It worked fine after I changed that.
Also for the agents you have to add them manually using the admin, but after they are added they can use their windows log-in info.
This is working well for us.

Thanks for your feedback. I am glad to hear it was somewhat successful. I don't know that I will be able to provide any additional troubleshooting help but if I get to try something like this I will try to follow up on your thread.
