I see a lot on the OTRS site about a "Ticket Supervisor" feature. Is this built in or am I missing something. I am looking for better reporting of open tickets, etc.
I have installed/enabled the following so far:
Status View - This helps alot.
Ticket::Watch
Ticket::Responsible
I am really close to what I need but just want to make sure there isn't a "Supervisor" Feature I am missing.
