Although Jumpbox registered, cannot log in via SSH

Attempting to log in via SSH (as per the instructions within FAQ) - I get the following message:

========== This account is disabled. ================
= You must register and then unlock your JumpBox. =
= Please visit your JumpBox Web Aministration Page. =
=====================================================

The jumpbox is registered, and has a valid license key etc.

What is wrong?

Which version of the Joomla JumpBox? You can try disabling then re-enabling shell access and see if that works.
