Hi Jose,
There is a known issue that occurs with IE sometimes. You should try acccessing the "Management Page" shown on the JumpBox console rather than the "Application Page". That is, type in the URL that has the form: https://IPADDRESS:3000/

If this doesn't straighten it out for you, try throwing away that JumpBox and unzipping a new one and booting up again. If neither work, let me know.

The README.txt that came with the JumpBox has this buried in it somewhere:

-  IE 6 Setup Hang issue.  We have seen a few instances of MS Internet Explorer 6
hanging on initial setup.  When you first access a JumpBox at http://IPADDRESS/
you are redirected to the Administration Interface at https://IPADDRESS:3000/ to
begin configuration.  Under certain circumstances IE will fail to do this
redirect.  You can work around this by typing https://IPADDRESS:3000/ into the
URL bar.
