JumpBox for OTRS Discussion

I want to enter a fully qualified domain name (FQDN) for my server.
However, when I enter the name I want to use (some.server.ca), I get this error:

some.server.ca is not a valid hostname.
**********
How can I enter this host name?

The admin portal in the 1.0 version JumpBoxes don't accept FQDNs in the hostname field. What specifically do you want to show your hostname? The URL bar? The outgoing email? Both?
