I just download vtiger and running on vmware player on my PC.
When I go to the IP http://192.168.1.20
it keeps redirecting to https://192.168.1.20:3000
Clicking on http://192.168.1.200/jblogin.php on the top also got redirected to the admin page.

Well then, it sounds like the setup process somehow got interrupted. This can occasionally happen during setup only on the 1.0 based JumpBoxes. You can just shutdown and delete that JumpBox, then unzip a fresh one and go through setup again. Make sure you don't click reload or anything when its going through the screen is greyed out and going through the setup process.

What browser are you using? It sounds like it is caching the initial setup redirect. After setup, accessing the root URL should show you the app. You can try clearing your browser cache.

Clearing the cache and going to the given URL doesn't help. Still redirecting to the admin :3000 page.
