Unable to setup Jumpbox twiki 1.0.5

I've downloaded Jumpbox twiki 1.0.5, run it from VMware server 1.0.6,
accessed the VM's IP, fill in the setup form, and the installation failed with these messages:

RuntimeError in Setup/twikiController#index

This is a pretty strange error. Could you log into the Administration portal, click "accounts", enable SSH, log in and post the output of the following command:

head /var/data/twiki-support/lib/LocalSite.cfg
