i´ve just installed the jumpbox otrs system on our vmware esx server 3.5. the jumpbox administration page is working fine. but when i click on the "login" button for OTRS (http://xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx/jblogin.html) i get the following error:

Not a CODE reference at /var/data/otrs/Kernel/System/Ticket.pm line 161, -PRODUCT- line 280. <-- when i refresh this page, the -PRODUCT- line number changes everytime i refreh the page.

so the next thing i tried was to remove the line 161 in the ticket.pm file. ($Self->{SendmailObject} = Kernel::System::Email->new(%Param);) after deleting that line the login page is working, but i don´t know what funktion this line is for and i really don´t want to change the code.

does anyone know what happens here?
