Hi everyone. I've been using the Trac jumpbox for three months now, and I gotta say is great. So I went out today to finally purchase the license so I can use all the other features, and I realized I can't make it because I forgot the admin password. Is there any way to get it back, or to make some other configuration change to get access to the machine to register it?

Ouch. If you've been using the JumpBox for 3 months I'll assume there isn't a 'Forgot Password' link next to the password entry box. We have that on the 1.1 releases for exactly this problem. It will email a link to the registered owner for password recovery.
Did you have the JumpBox for Trac configured to write backups? If so you can download the latest JumpBox and then restore the backup.

That's right, there's no "Forgot Password" link. And I didn't configure the backups 'cause I don't have the registered version yet. Maybe filing a support incident would help me out of this? Or there's no hope? :(
