My JumpBox Bugzilla application I downloaded doesn't have a valid URL when started by VMWare

I downloaded the "bugzilla 1.1.0" application with a valid subscription but when I boot it from VMWare, the Application Page URL is "http:///" and the Management Page URL is "https://:3000/. Both are invalid.

Do I need to configure the URL or do I have a bad Bugzilla download?

Yes, probably so, sometimes there is a bit of a delay until the JumpBox gets assigned an IP address. Typically it gets one before that info screen is displayed, sometimes you have to wait 10 or 20 seconds for it to refresh once or twice. Perhaps we should display something else entirely if there isn't an IP address.

Hmm... oddly enough, after quite a few minutes, the URL for the Application Page and Management Page finally got filled in. Was it my local network that took that long in assigning an IP?
