Hello,
I have a new install of Twiki 1.1.0 running on Parallels Desktop 3 (build 5608).
When I shut down via the admin, the JumpBox screen shows back up, the progress bar makes it's way half across the screen, then retreats, and hangs.
It is the same behavior running with Parallels Desktop 2. I updated to 3 to see if it would resolved the problem.
The twiki 1.0.3b that I have been running progresses through the shutdown, and stops at the end - which I remember seeing is expected behavior.
Any advice would be appreciated.
Thanks!
Twiki on Jumbox 1.1.0 Won't shut down
Is this after a failed restore or on a JumpBox that hasn't had previous issues?
If you hit the red square stop button and then start it up again does it start up cleanly?

Both clean, and attempted restore
It happens on both a clean, unmodified twiki, and the attempted restore.
It does start again, No obvious errors, but I wouldn't know where in particular to look. Is there a particular log file to examine?
Both clean, and attempted restore
I think it has actually stopped, its just that the virtual machine itself does not automatically power down. There wouldn't be a log. I think the progress bar is a little deceptive. This should happen on all 1.1+ JumpBoxes in parallels. If you watch a shutdown in VMWare you would see that the machine disappears when the progress bar is at the ~20% mark where the parallels hangs.
I don't think its much of an issue but I will look into resolving it if I can (may not be able to).
Austin
