Is the ITSM module for OTRS included in the Jumpbox?

Hello,

Is the ITSM module for OTRS included in the Jumpbox?
We are very interested in having this module.

If it is not included yet, is it planned to implement it and when?

It is not currently included. We have had several requests for this module and are considering it, though don't have any specific plans at the moment. Feedback like this helps us in making these decisions so thank you for taking the time to indicate your interest.
