Customer.pl appearance

Hi,

How do i change the Appearance of Customer.pl.... And can I create a new theme via the web confg page?.

So If I understand this correctly, there is no way to change the text in the green band across the login screen from

OTRS JumpBox

to something more customised without creating a theme?

Detailed customization of the applications, including OTRS, is a topic that you may get a better response from the application website, mailing list or forums.

I have disabled customer account creation from this page, but is there a way for me to add a segment where customers can REQUEST for accounts??

There is no quick and easy way to do it. You have to upload the files you create to your JumpBox. I have a modified theme, but all I changed was the colours in the style sheet.
