Restore fails with "private method `gsub' called for nil:NilClass" in brand new trac-1.13

Downloaded new trac-1.1.3 in order to upgrade.

Registered it and went to Backup > Restore.

Both "Import from another JumpBox" and "Upload backup file" fail with:

private method `gsub' called for nil:NilClass

Trac 1.1.5 was just released. This may resolve this issue as well as an SSL issue.
