If you boot a JumpBox in VMware while connected to a Windows host machine over Terminal Server you may see that the JumpBox splash screen does not display, the JumpBox seems to be stuck, but then eventually boots. This only happens if it is booted when a Terminal Server Client is connected. If you disconnect your terminal server client and boot the JumpBox it will work fine.
