i like to move our otrs-jumpbox 1.0.1 to the
actual release 1.1.4 with the included data.
so i tried to backup the data via the admin-interface
of the jumpbox and get the following error when
i try to configure the backup:
[mntent]: line 15 in /etc/fstab is bad

update 1: i tried to edit "fstab" manually, but there is
no chance to write the changes because of missing
permissions. how can i change them ? i am logged in as
admin, but "chmod" did not work.
update 2: i modified the "fstab" via "sudo nano". there was
a line to much and i deleted it. now the backup works.

i tried to use a share on a windows-system in
my network. password and username are correct.
is there an idea for me ? thanks for your help.

backup worked - but not the moving to the jumpbox
hello there,
it worked to create the backup and then i started the restore
in the new jumpbox (license ist entered).
i get the message that the restore is started, but after a while
nothing happens. when i trie to reach the web i get the message
that the site is down for maintenance. after a restart nothing works.
is there a solution for me ? thanks for your help.

Hello Marco,
There is a possible bug in the restore process. I can send you a modified file to place on the JumpBox you are restoring to, to see if that resolves the issue. Would you like to try that?
