It sounds like you mean the JumpBox Admin password. If thats the case, then the only real option is the "I forgot my password" link on the login page of the JumpBox Admin Portal. That will email the password to the email address you provided when you setup the JumpBox. This assumes that your JumpBox is in an environment where it can actually send email.

The username is admin and the password is whatever you specified during the setup of the appliance. There is no way to reset it in that version.
