Is there an ETA for Git support on the Redmine Jumpbox roadmap?

I love the redmine Jumpbox, especially the ability to backup to Amazon S3. But I do have one question. I know I can use Redmine and Git. In another post it was stated that Git is not currently supported. So, is there an ETA when Git *will* be supported?

All I really care about is being able to backup my Git repositories when I am backing up to S3. I am assuming this is what was meant when it was said Git was not supported... any idea when it will be?

We don't have an ETA but it is on our radar and something we hope to include eventually. The more people request it, the higher priority it will be. Your request is the second request I am aware of.

I suppose this makes four.

I suppose this makes four. Definitely looking for git support, if only to not have to deal with 800 different .svn directories. :)

The main hold up had been the lack of convenient integration between redmine users and git access control. It looks like the story for that may have changed since I last looked at it. I will review this updated link

If this works its still messy for me (patches from tickets in flux and new git version).

ETA on GIT Support

It would be really great to have this as well.

That makes 3 !!
