First of all I wanna thank the team for making such a great app. Runs smoothly (almost). The problem is, that each time I save something in the administration panel and then update the main site to see the change, nothing changes. I have to shutdown Jumpbox each time, for the change to happend on the main site. Could any help on this one?

No. If I let's say delete a module or install a plugin etc. It does show up before I shutdown Jumpbox or (as I've just discovered) cleaned cache.

Jumpbox not saving
What precisely are you "saving". Are you adding content and then forgetting to promote it to the front page or something? I seem to recall that being a little tricky when I started out with Joomla. I would go add some content, look at the frontpage and wonder where it is. Then, I dug around and saw that; sure, the content was added, it just didnt show up on the front page by default. Maybe this is what you are experiencing.
Are you new to using Joomla? If thats the case, you will probably have better luck working directly with the Joomla community since this is really their area of expertise.
