Deploy WordPress in a sub-directorySubmitted by patrickah on Mon, 10/26/2009 - 7:55amThe jumpbox for WordPress locates the app in /var/data/wordpress, which corresponds to the web root of the jumpbox. We'd like to have a directory above the WordPress app. and be able to change the name of the directory that WordPress is deployed. Is there a way to change the location of WordPress so that it is deployed in a sub-directory of the site, as opposed to the site root? Please note if changes we make will effect our ability to implement the jumpbox for WordPress. I realize we could do this using the jumpbox for LAMP, but we'd like to take advantage of the upgraded jumpboxes. |
