Trouble upgrading Trav to newer version

Hello

I am trying to upgrade Trac from JumpBox Version: 1.0.4 to JumpBox Platform Version 1.1-242 using the "direct" method as outlined in the post:

I always receive the error

"Error connecting to JumpBox running on trac.politicalsystems.local, please check verify the ip address"

I get this error whether I use the machine name or the IP address.

What can cause this error? What are my options?

The direct restore method only works between 1.1.0+ JumpBoxes. It will not work with a 1.0 JumpBox. Sorry for the confusion.

You will have to use one of the existing backup methods in the 1.0 version and then restore from that generated backup.
