Error when upgrading to newer version of JumpBox

Hello,

I am attempting to move our JasperBI jumpbox version 1.1.2 to jumpbox version 1.1.3.

I have first tried to do a restore by importing from another jumpbox. When I do this I am getting the error message "Error: Error: Access denied for user 'root'@'localhost' (using password: YES)" I have entered the password that we had entered as the admin password and I am getting this message. What password do I have to use to get this to work?

Next I tried going to our old jasperBI jumpbox and clicking on the "Download Backup" button. I am getting the dialog box showing that jumpbox is thinking about it and then nothing happens. How can I get the backup from one server to the other to work?
