Running Nagiosadmin behind Firewall

Just installed Nagios 3 Jumpbox. It runs behind a Firewall that translates IP Addresse. Connecting to the Nagios interface works fine with the symbolic name but connecting to http://...../nagiosadmin tries to connect to the internal IP Address, which does not work from outside. What can I do?

Running Nagiosadmin behind Firewall

Hello,
I don't know that we have tried that app behind a NAT. This can be tricky with some apps. Have you tried setting the "Public Address" as shown at the bottom half of this page:

Running Nagiosadmin behind Firewall

Hi Austin,

yes, the Public Address is set to the symbolic name of the Server. This works fine with my Wordpress and my OTRS Jumpboxes. The Nagios itself on the Jumpbox runs fine (as does my Nagios Server I set up myself 3 Years ago). The Error seems to exist only within the Nagiosadmin (which is, besides the easy upadate of the underlying System the reason to move my Nagios to a Jumpbox.

Is there any Config File in Nagiosadmin or in Apache for Nagiosadmin which contains the IP Address or prevents me from using the symbolic name?
