Beta .9 is the version. Has vtiger 5.02 on it.

no, we can't log in the admin interface as it doesn't validate the password anymore. it hasn't changed.

The connection is being refused from the jumpbox for ssh

Are you able to log into the JumpBox admin interface and enable it again? If it is still enabled, disable, then re-enable. Also, what version are you using?

I had ssh enabled on my jumpbox, it worked. Suddenly I am getting a connnection refused when trying to log in.

We need to log back in and get the msql dump for vtiger to restore this database on a new server.
