No idea if this is even feasible, but here's what I'm wishing for:

A jumpbox that's geared towards proofing the ability to integrate Drupal or Joomla (Droomla ?;) with SharePoint and/or Active Directory.

Why? My company is an MS shop, and just decided to implement SharePoint for our intranet.

I'm wondering if it would be possible to find a role for Droomla in the mix as well, though. If there is, it would need to be pretty easily proof-of-concepted.

Shorter term, I'm wondering if it would be possible to implement something very simple to establish viability:
- Droomla installed
- Active Directory authentification (maybe also awareness of SP group memberships?)
- pull and display some simple SP list info
