We would like to upgrade our existing SugarCRM 5.2 to the most current version 5.5
Existing info from within the admin interface of the JumpBox
JumpBox Version: 1.1.15
JumpBox Platform Version: 1.1-238
SugarCRM 5 Version: 5.2.0j
It seems that we need to first get our box to be running on JumpBox 1.1.16 to upgrade the SugarCRM 5.5.1.............doesn't look like we can get an older download.
Anyone have ideas? Was looking to do this today

At the link provided previously I downloaded the Sugar 4 (showed in the link to be running JumpBox version 1.1.16) thinking I may be missing something obvious to others but not by me, so I downloaded it.
Once downloaded, the file name of the download clued me into that it may actually work so I continued. Were using vmware ESX 4 so using vmware converter I made an instance of this Sugar JumpBox on one of our ESX hosts.
Once booted up and after basic config info entered I went to the admin interface and checked the info screen to double for version info, looked good (5.5.0 & 1.1.16) so I'm now doing working on the upgrade process.

Because of that I'm going to try "SugarCE-Upgrade-5.2.0-to-5.5.1.zip" which I did find in the link, because this looks to be the closest match and Google search for
"SugarCE-Upgrade-5.2.0-to-5.5.0.zip" shows that people had issues with it........I'm thinking they pulled it or otherwise replaced DOT 0 with the DOT 1, meaning DOT 1 fixed issues in DOT 0 that was giving people problems.

My understanding is that I cannot not use above for upgrade above because in order to use this I first need to have our existing system running on JumpBox 1.1.16......meaning I can not do a data export from system running on top of JumpBox version 1.1.15 and then import data into system running on JumpBox version 1.1.17.........please note, this could be where I'm wrong, if so clarify.
Maybe I'm just confused with the general update process. For us, were doing this to upgrade our Sugar 5.1 box sitting on top of 1.1.15 to take advantage or the patches/enhancements etc.. of Sugar 5.5.1
As I understand the general JumpBox updating process, I need to do the following:
Download a new SugarCRM JumpBox
Get it running with our unique configuration (running but not connected to the LAN)
From the JumpBox admin interface of the existing JumpBox run a manual backup
From within the Sugar interface on the existing system take the steps to update Sugar
After the Sugar update and from the existing system do a data export.
Disconnect the existing system.
From the admin interface of the new JumpBox, do a data import.
After the data import connect it to the LAN.
My thinking is that I need a JumpBox download that is in effect:
App Version: SugarCRM 5.2.0
JumpBox Version: 1.1.16
I would assume that above would no longer be a directly accessible download via the JumpBox website and that I would need tech support to point to a to an FTP site where I could get an archived copy of it.
