I'm doing a Jumpbox restore from a Jumpbox Trac 1.1.13 to a new Jumpbox Trac 1.1.15 (Trac .11 to Trac .12) and I'm not getting a "Restore Completed Successfully" page after the restore. I am getting a blank page, though.
Browsing timeline, tickets and svn respository looks like everything is there and working but not getting the "Completed" page has me worried.
Should I be worried?

I would tend to think not but
I would tend to think not but I would need to look at the code on Monday to be sure. Have you tried a different restore method like S3? The backup file is the same whichever backup method is used so you can just move the file to S3 with S3Fox or whatever. I would keep the backup and old instance just in case.
