I think it would not only be an excellent selling point for our customers but for us as potential customers of JumpBox as well.

Please include the customer portal is possible ... this is an excellent sell point for companies that want total automated flow-through in their CRM product.

We keep track of requests like this and if there is enough interest we will consider inclusion of additional features and plugins. Announcements about improvements like this will come up on our blog. So you can keep your eye on that.
