Hello

I have a brand new OTRS Jumpbox running.

I have followed these instructions to a "T" for setting up MySQL for remote access:

and yet when I try to access it from MySQL Workbench, I receive the following error:

"Host 'hostname' is not allowed to connect to this MySql Server."

I have performed this process on other Jumpbox installations we have here and it works perfectly, including on another OTRS jumpbox, so I am very confused.

Can someone provide assistance?

We are using:

Bundled Application: OTRS
JumpBox Version: 1.1.16
JumpBox Platform Version: 1.1-248
OTRS Version: 2.4.7
