I'm installing MindTouch Core 2010 into lampd. After I've run apt-get install, there came the web-based installation. I'm asked to enter the username and password for mysql to create the mindtouch database.
Who can help me out?

Also note that we plan on finally updating our MindTouch Core JumpBox now that we have an Ubuntu 10.04 base image. Installing the latest version on 8.04 is a bit of a pain due to the ancient mono on 8.04. I don't have an eta, but it should be a few weeks unless we hit a snag.
