We don't have an import feature at this point but we are evaluating our options for handling requests like yours. We are working on making upgrades from one application revision to another convenient when going from JumpBox to JumpBox.

If you want to try an upgrade yourself I can provide you some information, but its going to be a fair amount of work.

Testing Vtiger JumpBox, and have a couple of questions.

1. To migrate data from our current Vtiger 4.2.3 to 5.0.2, we need to know the MySQL Server Path. Something like /home/5beta/vtigerCRM5_beta/mysql/bin. How do we find this?

2. Vtiger stable version 5.0.3 is due out in a few days. How do we upgrade to 5.0.3 using JumpBox.
