I am running

JumpBox Version: 1.1.12
JumpBox Platform Version: 1.1-222
SugarCRM Version 6.4.0 (Build 7276)

I have setup a new Jumpboxand want to migrate data to it.
JumpBox Version: 1.7.1
JumpBox Platform Version: 1.6-69
SugarCRM Version 6.4.0 (Build 7276)

What steps do I need to do?
I can backup the SugarCRM within Sugar.
Does this move database? If not how can I move datatbase?
