vTiger JumpBox OVF Deployment to VMWare ESX Server Fails

When I try to deploy the OVF file for vTiger 5.4 on a ESX server via the VMware Standalone Converter the deployment fails with cannot clone disk error. I have successfully deployed the 5.3 JumpBox so I'm not sure why I'm unable to do it again.

Here is the error I'm receiving:
Error: Failed to clone disk C:\vtigercrm173-ovf\vtigercrm-1.7.3-ovf-disk1.vmdk on the virtual machine 'vtigercrm JumpBox'.

Figured it out

Had to reboot the ESXi for the deployment to take - not sure why. This is closed.
