We have successfully applied the 5.0.3 patch to our basic vTiger using the instructions they provide. We will be releasing a 5.0.3 that you should be able to back up your 5.0.2 then restore to the new 5.0.3 and run the upgrade wizard in vTiger and have it work. Waiting for that might be your best bet.

Otherwise you can register your JumpBox and follow vTiger's upgrade instructions. You should make sure you copy your VM for backup or something before proceeding.

How do I upgrade the 5.0.2 version to the latest 5.0.3? I have the upgrade files from vTiger (just the vtigercrm-5.0.3.tar.gz) but have trouble overwriting the files in var/data and subbfolders with the new ones.

Anyone have suggestions? Thanks,
