If registration succeeded, you should be able to SSH to your JumpBox and log in using the admin user and password as shown here:

I am trying to login to the shell however I get the message that I must register.

I have registered and I get the message "Unable to connect to JumpBox update server: Connection refused - connect(2)" when submitting the registration details in the admin page.

This box is not connected to the internet and never will be.

How do I get to login to the shell?

At this point registration requires the JumpBox have an outbound internet connection at least at the time of registration. We may change this however.
