TWiki -- adding the MailerContrib Add-on for nightly email notificationsSubmitted by GerryWisnoski on Thu, 08/23/2007 - 1:40pm.Does the JumpBox TWiki support the MailerContrib add-on which allows you to configure a cron task to generate nightly email notifications of changed topics? We just released an update to TWiki (1.0.2) that includes the ability to use the TWiki Configure pages and has the TWiki plugin manager, which will allow you to install some of the external plugins. The MailerContrib plugin is available through that tool. Otherwise, you can probably install it manually on the command line after registering and enabling shell access.
Let me know if you need any more clarification. In general we stray away from adding too much third party or additional components by default while still trying to accommodate those who want to add such functionality themselves.
