OK, then you probably want
OK, then you probably want to set the relayhost line to mail.companyname.ca and then reload postfix as indicated on that previous link.
This will only work if the Exchange server is configured to relay email from hosts on your network.
So, I would try relaying through your exchange server first and see if that works.

Emails are probably not being delivered because your ISP won't allow outbound email traffic (that is fairly common). In many cases an ISP requires all outbound email to go through their mail server. They usually accept mail from their customers. If this sounds like the problem you may be having and you can find the SMTP server provided by your ISP you can modify your registered JumpBox as outlined in my post here:

we have an Exchange Server running on our network (ie. our ISP routes our mail to our Exchange server, which i believe has address "mail.companyname.ca"
