SSH is like telnet, but it is encrypted, therefor your username and password can't be snooped. There are SSH clients for every operating system. There is Putty for Windows, and Mac and Linux both have the command line tool built in. On Mac if you need to transfer files just look for something that supports SCP or SFTP (like fugu or CyberDuck).

If you aren't familiar with SSH you may have trouble getting the plugins installed. So make sure you snapshot your JumpBox or back it up or something (shutting down and copying the files is probably safest). Also, we don't support plugins or any packages/software that weren't shipped with the JumpBox.
