Backup Fails on Twiki Jumpbox

I get this error on all attempts while trying to do a backup:
"tar of /jumpbox/state.xml failed"

I have tried doing backups to a network shares as well as local machine running the VM.
In both cases the status reads "Backups successfully configured.", but fails with the error window "Couldn't find element with id_errors to display error message".

Hi Rohit,
What version TWiki JumpBox are you using? This is available on the "Info" page on the JumpBox admin interface. Also, what type of network share backup have you tried, NFS or Samba(Windows)?

It's Twiki JumpBox Version: 1.0.3

I'm trying using Share Type: Samba / Windows File Sharing

And the Status reads:

Configuration Status: Configured
Last Backup Date: Never
Next Backup Date: Sat Jan 05 01:30:00 PST 2008

can you give me an idea of what parameters you have provided for the backup?

share name:
server:

or you can email me a screenshot of the page (blurring out whatever you need to) to godber {at} jumpbox.com.

I will try and reproduce this. Also, if you have SSH enabled could you SSH into the JumpBox and type "df -h".
