Will my JumpBox instances stop working if my subscription ends?

When your subscription ends JumpBox instances that have already been deployed will continue to work. You will simply lose the ability to get new and updated JumpBoxes.

How many instances of each JumpBox can I run with a JumpBox Open Subscription?

Depending on the plan you purchase, your JumpBox Open Subscription will allow you to run either one, five or fifteen production instances of each JumpBox. A production instance is defined as a single persistently running copy of a JumpBox virtual machine. If you need to run more production instances than your plan allows you can contact us to purchase additional licenses.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover as well as Paypal and Google Checkout. You can also pay by direct bank transfer with order fulfillment subject to delay while waiting for funds to clear. We will also accept purchase orders for orders over $500 from accredited educational institutions, government agencies and publicly traded corporations only. How long does it take to receive my purchase?

You'll typically receive your license keys and links to downloads within a few minutes of placing an order. However, if the email doesn't arrive right away things may be a little backed up. If you don't receive your order within 24 hours please contact us and we'll take care of it. If you pay using Google Checkout there is always a 15 minute delay imposed by the Google Checkout system.
