This guarantee applies for individual JumpBox licenses and JumpBox Open Subscriptions purchased directly from JumpBox. It does not apply for bulk license purchases or purchases made through a third party reseller.

If the reason for requesting a refund is that the software simply didn't function properly, please don't just give up on us.
