I used the email obfuscation feature of Google Checkout. How does it work now with the "Owner" field?

If you use the obfuscation feature when paying with Google Checkout, our system never sees your email address. You'll get a email about 15min after purchase that has the anonymized email address listed as the owner. You'll need to use this address when registering the JumpBox. Instructions on how to register can be found here.

I paid with Google Checkout but I haven't received my key yet. Why?

Google Checkout places a 15min hold on funds before releasing them. We issue keys when the funds clear so there is about a 15min delay from the time that you purchase and receive your keys.

What do I get when I purchase?

When you make a purchase you'll receive a license key in an email. This key entitles you to run one instance of a JumpBox virtual machine. The key will also enable the restricted features of the JumpBox runtime, this includes the JumpBox Backup System, the ability to turn on SSH access and the ability to remove the JumpBox navigation bar. It also allows you to move from an older version of the JumpBox to a newer version. With your purchase you'll have access to new versions of the JumpBox for one year.

What is your refund policy?

Our refund policy is outlined on this page.

Do you accept purchase orders?

Given how inexpensive JumpBoxes are we can't currently accept purchase orders. However, if you are looking to make a volume purchase, please contact us to discuss.

What payment methods do you accept?

We currently accept Visa, Mastercard and Discover credit cards. You can also use Google Checkout and Paypal to pay which will enable you to use a number of other payment methods such as American Express and eChecks.
